BOOKING POLICIES​

 

Appointments

• All sessions are by appointment only. Please book in advance to secure your spot.

• We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ensure you get the full session time.

 

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of your session. We accept all major debit and credit cards. 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling​

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability.

 

Gender Determination

• Gender determination is available starting at 14 weeks.

• If baby’s position makes gender and images unclear, one complimentary re-scan will be offered.

 

Images & Video

• Image clarity depends on factors such as baby’s position, movement, and maternal body type. While we do our best to capture high-quality images, results cannot be guaranteed.

• Sessions are elective and non-diagnostic. They do not replace medical ultrasounds or prenatal care.

 

Guests

• Clients are welcome to bring up to 9 guests to enjoy the experience. Accommodations for larger groups can be made. Children must be supervised at all times.
